Where many teams still document landscape in flat CAD, we model it intelligently in Revit: every tree, path, planter, water line, and level modelled with intent and coordinated live against architecture, structure, MEP, and lighting. In BIM modelling, we build high-fidelity Revit models developed from LOD 100 to LOD 400 (concept massing through fabrication-level detail) with landscape-specific families for hardscape, softscape, water features, and site furniture, authored to your BIM Execution Plan (BEP) with COBie parameters for structured handover. In stage documentation, we produce complete model-driven drawing packages from concept and schematic design through detailed design (DD50 and DD100), construction documentation, tender sets, and as-built records. Our coordination and quantities service delivers clash detection, multi-disciplinary coordination, model-based quantity take-offs, and precise 2D CAD output.
